It's been a while since I've been here again.
Sometimes I feel like I wish I could be 4 people in one ... work, work, work...be a mom, a wife and then have a couple of minutes for myself ... but those minutes don't come very often... and I think that is why I don't get to be here as often as I want to... but enough with the excuses, right?
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I have been trying really hard to get some of my Christmas gifts ready. I love, really love, making gifts for everybody, but sometimes I feel a little overwhelmed because I always feel like I will not have enough time to finish everything.
And because I cannot show any of my Christmas presents I'm making yet (just in case somebody is watching...) I'll show you these boot cuffs I'm making for me and my daughter when I get a little break (it is already getting really cold in this side of the world).
Hope you are getting ready for thanksgiving and having as much fun as I'm waiting for Christmas to get here... it will be sooner than we think.
Have a fun and warm weekend (even if it's right beside a nice fire).
Thanks for stopping by today... you make my day.
Loves :)

They look lovely snug and warm. :)
ReplyDeleteOh Taci my dear friend, life is so busy isn't it? I love these boot toppers and I think you need to be easy on yourself. You have a very demanding career, you have just moved, you are building a house and you are a wonderful Mother to two very busy and wonderful teenagers. Oh and I forgot the wife thing, that always take a lot of time. Rest, relax and know we are all going to be here when you have the time to pop in.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend,
Meredith
There were many months when I found it hard to blog but now am getting back into the swing of things. We all go through phases and times when there just aren't enough hours in the day. The cuff warmers are lovely. Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful boot cuffs. I saw Kris' on her blog and they were really cute too! Such talented ladies. I know what you mean about being busy. I don't even have work or kids at home and I run out of minutes every day! See you soon my friend and enjoy your Thanksgiving.

Those are going to be lovely. I was thinking about crocheting some for myself.
ReplyDeleteThose boot cuffs are so cute! How is your new house coming along? I'm looking forward to our blogger girls Christmas party in December. See you then!

The boot cuffs are really pretty and will help you stay warm with all this bone chilling wind we have been having. I loved seeing you the other day and the apples are delicious :) Happy Thanksgiving!
