Crochet Hook Case & Thank You

Hi There friends...
I have been so very busy haven't been here very often.

Work and the kids have taken all of the free time I have, but I cannot complain... I'm grateful I have a job and I love being a mom ... its one of the greatest blessings in my life ...

While I had a second here and there I finished this little crochet hook case for my crochet needles. I think my case was inspired by a pattern I found on Ravelry: Aluminum Crochet Hook Case by Priscilla Hewitt . But I honestly cannot remember. I made it a while ago and just now finished it.
I love it and I think it's perfect, but I'll probably have to make another one as this one is already completely full and does not fit all of my hooks... a girl can never have too many crochet hooks :)

I also want to tell you about something sooooo happy that happened to me this week...
I won a giveaway...yes, the very first time ever that i won something ... I have gotten some lovely gifts from my blogland friends ... but this is the first time I won a giveaway... Yeah!!! I'm so excited!!!
I got it from from Denmark. She made this absolutely gorgeous little angels. Look at the detail and the cutest little flag on the package... I couldn't even open it because I didn't want to break the package. I can't wait to move in to my house so I can put them on my craft room. She also sent the nicest card with all the details about the local wool she made them with. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Grl-dk !!!! I'm so very lucky and I'm grateful for your generosity.

As always thanks so much for stopping by to see me ... I hope you are having fun wherever you are today ... have a lovely rest of the week and a fabulous weekend.
