Hi there friends and belated HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU.
I have been away this week because it has been a very busy week with my family. We had a great weekend and I have been off work for 5 great days. Very busy days, but I'm happy and very grateful for these times we spend together.
Now that thanksgiving is over I'm full force with my Christmas projects. Most of them are for my family, friends and my kids teachers. However, I do have a few things I have been making throught the year either for orders I've been commissioned to or for a craft show I' m still deciding if Im going to participate on... I get so busy this time of year it's hard to also sale some of the things I make...
I have been working on this really cute Christmas ornament ...
I have been selling them so much I don't know if I'll have any for the Christmas Craft Show.
I'm also making kits to make the ornaments....
So ... I sale the ornaments already ready or the kit to crochet them...
The idea started because every year I make an ornament for a craft show, but this year I wanted to decorate my tree all white and icecles and snow ... So this cute little bird was born...
Now, I also make it in 5 other different colors and will show you later...
Isn't he cute ????
I'm getting ready for Christmas and so happy as this is my favorite time of the year. Just wish I could also ... Be home for Christmas ...
Before I go just wanted to show you these cute placemats I made for my mom for Christmas....
I thought about her when I saw this fabric as she loves birds ...

The placemat is beautiful, Taci! I also like the very clever bird ornament you created and can understand why you are selling so many :) I'm glad you have had some special time off with your family and now that my schedule has calmed down a bit I hope that Teresa, you and I can meet.

Your bird ornament is so nice. I would love to know how you made it. If things slow down a bit I would love a pattern. Your mom surely will love her place mats....beautiful!

Taci, I love the bird and the placemat! On your all white tree, you should do some lace snowflakes. I have several and love them so much. I need to crochet some lace edges on some pillow cases for our colorful bed.
