I have a very generous friend at work who is a kick boxing instructor and decided to give us a class once a week for free.
Yes, it is hard work and it is kicking my behind I have to say... I'm also not the most coordinated person when it comes to exercise classes. But I have not let that stop me and I have now been doing it for 3 weeks... And I love it! I will refrain from showing you any pictures or videos as I'm sure it would win one of the Funniest Videos shows on tv...
Because she is so nice and generous I decided I would make her a cowl to keep her warm when the weather start getting cold.
Her favorite color is red and I think this one will look just perfect on her...
Just wanted to show you a picture as I just gave it to her today.
I just bought the yarn ... its Clutch. It's hand dyed here in Mt. hood, Or and the pattern is from a crochet magazine. I'll have to give you the details later as I don't have the magazine with me.
Hope you are having a fun week and enjoying whatever may be that you are doing this summer ...well, it might not even be summer for you... But I hope you are enjoying every day...

ReplyDeleteMmmmm exercise Taci - well done. I need to do something. Would like swimming but not a nice pool nearby. The cowl is lovely and I just love the colour. I have still not decided what to make with the lovely yarn I had from you. Am not rushing into it though. I know that the perfect project will come along. Happy Summer Days to you as well. Anne x
