I'm Still Here

Hi there Friends...

Are you still with me? I'm still here... Even though I have not had the time to breath.
I have been trying really hard to read your blogs, but every time I have a second around 11 pm I fall asleep about 5 minutes after I start.

This move has been unbelievably hard and just so , so very tiring for me and my family. We lived in our house for almost 17 years and had so much more than we ever thought. Although we do feel a sense of relief and believe the whole process to be cleansing it has been a lot harder on us and my health than we thought.

It's all done now. We are on our apartment ( unfortunately I don't have any pictures to show yet as it is still a big huge mess) and we have started the process to build our house... Our new home which I cannot wait to see. I'll come back with lots of details for you... I promise.

Today I thought I just stop by for a second to tell you ... Yes, I'm still here and will now try to come back more often as we settle on our new life...

Before I go, just wanted to thank you for staying with me and wanted to show you a little project I finished about a month ago...

More details to come soon ...

Have a great weekend !
Lots of love.

  2. That's a lovely piece, nicely done Taci! I'm sorry the move has been so hard on you - usually the longer you've been in a place the more stuff you have to move - but moving house is, they say, one of the most stressful things in life so well done, you can settle for a while - until your lovely new home is built, and the move will be easier next time! AND exciting!
    Warm hugs,
    Joy x

  3. Of course we are here sweet Taci, it would take a lot more than a move to get rid of all of us. Rest up my friend, you sound tired from all that has been going on. The new house sounds so exciting.
    Hugs,
    Meredith

  8. Goodness.. that would be so tiring and unsettling to have to go through 17 years of accumulation. We've been here on the farm for over 30 years and it's totally scary to think of having to go through everything to move. I look forward to seeing you on Friday! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  10. Hi Taci! I did not realize you were moving into an apartment while your house is being built. Exciting but so stressful! The cowl you made is lovely. Looking forward to visiting with you on Friday! I am staying cozy inside while there is steady rain outside today, and I hope to get more crocheting done as well. Blessings to you and yours, Gracie xx
